Peter’s strong work ethic and desire to produce works of the highest standard still resonates throughout the company today. Many of his original apprentices who trained under his supervision are now part of P&M Sinclair’s Management Team. In turn, they are committed to delivering a high standard of service to each of our clients and importantly, sharing their many years of experience and skills with our the next generation of apprentices.

Over the past 30 years the company has continued to grow under the direction of Peter’s son, Douglas Sinclair. It has developed in relation to the range and complexity of works carried out, the level of repeat business and volume of new referrals received each month. Douglas’s son, Calum Sinclair joined the Management team of P&M Sinclair Ltd as Contracts Manager in 2015 after many early years learning his Grandad’s trade and graduating with an honours degree in Construction and Project Management from Heriot Watt University.

Health & Safety training is therefore a prerequisite for every employee, enabling them to demonstrate knowledge and current best practice on and off site. Our own in-house training is supplemented by external consultants to ensure we meet our own rigorous standards.
P&M Sinclair Ltd are Constructionline (Silver and Gold), Safe Contractor and CHAS accredited. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001. We are Cyber Essentials certified.
